Rachel had a kind and calm demeanour and made us feel relaxed during the photo shoot which was the day after my c-section so needless to say I wasn't feeling at my best! She even returned to the Lindo Wing after we were discharged to take some special photos on the steps - at no extra charge! 

The photographs were utterly gorgeous - very high quality and edited beautifully but naturally. We also loved the presentation case that she arranged for us. She did all this and we still found her service great value for money.
